The only reactions are from, first, Aluminum (pots, foil) cooked food, which gives immediate rashes (dark red-to-brown color only, no pain or itching, etc) on parts of lower body, mostly legs & feet (depending on how much is consumed). Otherwise, only two other side-effecting actual food items themselves are: 1. most all artificial additives, especially sweeteners, and MSG, give me slight numbness at the back of the head with sluggishness, and then swelling of the ankles & feet, again depending on how much is consumed.
